Brayden’s Buddy Supports Long QT Syndrome Suffers by Supplying AED’s in Schools & CPR Certifying Staff
Brayden’s Buddy mission is to raise enough money to donate AED’S (Automated External Defibrillators) to be placed in all schools and to CPR certify staff. The goal is to not only help children with LONG QT but to help any and all on school campuses to respond to an event that requires an AED.
What is Long QT Syndrome (LQTS)?
LQTS is a disturbance of the heart’s electrical system.
It is caused by abnormalities of microscopic pores (proteins) in the heart cells called ion channels.

Our mission is to train and CPR certify all teachers, school staff members, and students to help save lives.
Our Impact
Brayden’s Buddy continues to strive towards our goal of having all AZ schools equipped with an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). Brayden’s Buddy has donated AED’s and CPR trained teachers in Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Snowflake and Winslow, Arizona.

Our Goal
Our goal is to make it mandatory to have AED’S (Automated External Defibrillators) placed in all schools in the state of Arizona.
Our goal is to make it a mandatory requirement, for students in the state of Arizona, to be CPR certified before they can graduate.
Until then we will work on getting AED’s and teachers CPR certified, one school at a time.
